Introduction to Evidence-Based Dentistry (EBD) This course introduces dentists to the skills of Evidence-Based Dentistry with emphasis on critical appraisal including a few essential calculations. Each module has 1) videotaped lectures, 2) an overview of the appraisal worksheet, 3) animated videos to highlight basic concepts, 4) training quizzes to make sure that general concepts are clear, 5) training exercises to appraise articles using close-ended questions.
